TBC Unlimited was founded by Nancy Winslow in 2003 with the vision of helping small to midsize apparel companies improve their Product Development process. While working as a Product Manager, she found that the lack of well defined processes can cause product error, reduced productivity, increased development costs, morale issues, excess operating expenses, and a lowered profitability margin. This experience is what inspired her to create TBC, a full service process consulting firm.

 

She believes that while the large, world-wide management consulting firms know much about strategy and business process, they too often miss the boat on understanding the basic heartbeat that makes the apparel industry so unique to the rest of the business world. It takes having worked as an apparel industry professional to really understand the passion and drive which makes this business so unique.
