Who We Are: TBC Unlimited was founded in 2003 to help improve the business process for Product Development Specialists. Its founder, Nancy Winslow, while working as a Product Manager, found that the lack of a well defined process caused a great deal of product error, reduced productivity, increased development costs resulting in excess operating expenses, morale issues and a lowered profitability margin.

Our Founder: Nancy Winslow has close to ten years of process and software implementation experience and over ten years of apparel development and production experience. Prior to the launch of TBC Unlimited, Ms. Winslow was the Senior Project Manager for Freeborders, Inc. There she managed process gathering and software implementation projects for a vast number of major apparel retail and manufacturers. She led projects for Liz Claiborne, Inc., Dillard’s Department Stores, and LL Bean. Prior to Freeborders she worked for Applied Intranet Technologies as a Process Consultant and later as the Manager of Client Services. Ai was acquired by Freeborders in November of 2000. Before entering the software industry, Nancy worked in product development and manufacturing within the fashion/apparel industry. Her background includes positions with GAP Inc., Limited Inc., and Ralph Lauren Women. She graduated with a BS in Production Management Apparel, holds a certificate for Project Management for Information Technology Professionals.
